Sorry, not at this time. We have more than one warehouse in the US. Therefore, not all items purchased will process and/ or ship together.
What is the process for undelivered shipments?
If your package is returned to our warehouse due to invalid shipping information or marked as ‘unclaimed’ or ‘refused’ you will be responsible for our original shipping fees and 25% restocking fee. An additional $7 fee for all reshipments. No exceptions. Please verify your Paypal shipping information prior to purchasing.
Do you permit freight forwarding?

To return an item, please request a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization. Any package returned without a RMA will be refused by our warehouse. New, Sealed Products - unopened products may be returned within 14 days. All non-defective returns will incur a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee. By purchasing our products you agree to the aforementioned re-stocking fee.
Defective Products - Any defective product will be exchanged for the identical item within 10 days from sale.
